I used this for a really bad side ache, so right away, being able to fit around my chest, and not just waist is already a plus. I like this thing, the fabric is soft, and really good quality, and it does really help when it's strapped to you instead on laying on it. I do like them to get really hot, and while this one doesn't, the highest level, 9, will probably be a good heat level for most. I didn't expect this to be a bad product or anything, but it is better than I expected it to be.
